Remote-controlled cars (or RC cars for short) are miniature model cars, trucks, or buses that can be controlled from a distance using a transmitter or remote. The term “RC” has been used for both “radio-controlled” and “remote-controlled”, where “remote-controlled” includes vehicles that are controlled by infrared waves, radio waves, or a physical wire connection (the latter is now almost obsolete).
